IT Quality Intermediate Analyst
Day-to-day responsibilities include working directly with the Chief of Staff to define and execute on a strategy to maintain a sustainable model that will facilitate the centralization of control and compliance requests. Candidate must have the ability to organize and follow-up in order to maintain favorable metrics for municipal technology within Global Markets Technology as well as a good understanding of technology principals.
Candidate will collaborate with tech leads and developers within the organizations and will need to build and maintain relationships with other employees across the organization functioning within the same capacity. A strong understanding of SDLC process, as well as excellent written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills are essential as the candidate will report directly to a manager in the New York office and must be able to operate within a remotely run organization. Successful candidate will be expected to partner with production support and testing staff to aid in the communication and centralization of a standard release processes and with administrative tasks surrounding environment setup (logins, entitlements, roles etc.)
Understanding of the system development lifecycle • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
Considered a plus • Fixed Income or Municipal Bond market business knowledge.
