-Work with the VP Marketing, VP Account Management and VP Human Resources as a genuine partner to form an efficient and effective team.
-Maintain and manage e-mail systems, calendars, expenses; coordinate travel and meeting arrangements. Screen, refer and/or respond to correspondence, e-mails and telephone inquiries.
-Implement departmental policies, procedures and service standards in conjunction with management
-Exemplify service excellence in preparing materials (briefs, executive summaries, agendas) for executive meetings and other corporate activities such as internal team meetings and public/customer-facing events
-Provide support in the development of presentations and event materials as required.
-Dedication and commitment to be available off hours to deal with critical matters as they arise
-Proficiency in English and Mandarin (Chinese). This job REQUIRES speaking, listening and writing Chinese.
-Knowledge and experience in using Quickbook and MS office
-Post-secondary education with at least 1 years of experience in an executive support role
-Professional and polished demeanour, with excellent written and oral communication skills
-Strong ability to communicate professionally and effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization and outside of the company
-Immaculate attention to detail and takes personal pride in work performed.
-High degree of discretion in professional maturity when handling confidential and sensitive information.
-Maintains flexibility and perform under pressure with tight deadlines.
-Requires a high degree of initiative and judgment and an in-depth knowledge of the company’s policies and practices
-Advanced knowledge of, and capability with, standard office systems software including the development of PowerPoint presentations.
